A great happening that shocked everybody in the world of boxing at the WBC Convention, the two immortal boxers Mike Tyson and Evander Holyfield, foes since Tyson bit off a pieces of Holyfield’s ear in a bout here in Las Vegas were reunited.
This was possible thanks to the WBC and the president of the Multiethnic Hall of Fame, Arif Katim, who called them to the stage to award them and to give back Tyson his WBC champion belt which he had lost.
Evander was the one who put the belt around Tyson’s waist and then hugged him. This showed that boxing is, despite what others can say, a sport of gentlemen.
